The Swagger of a Disruptive Fool

Not because I’m drunk, but because I am unafraid to explore the questions you never thought of asking.

  • Who started this I.D.S. brand and why? For those interested, here are some explainations.

  • Do you dress to fit in or to stand out? Nobody wants to be ostracized from the tribe. Some of us are misfits who found our inner “fuck off” and decided to own it.

  • What do you do when you find another misfit? Do you get married to it?

  • The Gen-X misfits who didn't get into a "proper" sport... football, basketball, etc... skating was our life. Empty swimming pools when we could find them... vertical ramps that we built out of plywood... before skateparks were invented.

Disrupt yourself first. Can you do it fearlessly and playfully at the same time? Make something. The world needs your creativity. Find it. Use it. Share it. To deny the world your creativity, is to deny yourself your reason for being.

Make something — and give it away. Because if you don’t make time for creativity, you better get comfortable with mediocrity. What is the costume of your tribe? Do you dress to fit in or do you dress to stand out? Give the gift of grace to yourself to own your swagger.
